How to Qualify

 We'd like to give a word of encouragement. Our goal is to get projects funded.  We are looking for reasons to say yes and not no.   When our CEO first started his journey to find alternative financing resources he was told by friends, relatives, peers, professionals, and partners, "It can't be done.  You're wasting your time.  No one will finance you."  Then, when he lined up his first large financing deal the same people said before it closed, "It's too good to be true. There has to be a catch."  They aren't really going to fund you." With everyone planting seeds of doubt in his head he almost didn't pursue the opportunity.  He thought for sure they would say no.  If he would have listened to them he would not be in the fortuitous position he is in today.  Chances are you've applied for conventional financing at multiple banks and have been denied.  They don't have the flexibility Allies Capital has to structure deals to form win-win combinations.
