Mr. Upton has had a lifelong passion for real estate and a proven track record of success in entrepreneurial ventures. He recognized early on that the biggest obstacle for real estate growth is the access to capital.  Mr. Upton spent years doing extensive research and networking with private investors and brokers across the globe to put together financing that would allow him to do larger projects with greater impact in the community.

Mr. Jefferson brings over 17 years of commercial and retail credit, private equity, and structured finance experience to the team. As a University of Houston-Downtown undergraduate, Gary studied in Finance and Business Administration. Gary also has a decorated US Military background as a US Air Force Veteran. Gary extensive professional network with Private Equity Investors, Commercial Mortgage Banks, International Banks, Family Offices, International Private Equity Funds, Asset Managers, and more has assisted him in originating well over $500 MM in project finance, structured finance, and international trade finance transactions.
