Ideal Client Profile

Allies Capital’s ideal client is a developer located in the United States who is looking to secure either debt or equity positions for their project(s).  Typically, our clients cannot secure conventional bank financing for various reasons including lack of collateral, liquidity, and/or experience.

 

Although our ideal client is a developer, we also fund startup businesses, and mature businesses looking to expand across all industries.

 

In addition to our focus on US based companies, we also consider projects outside the United States so long as they have a stable government.
